chapttttttttttteR nin3 :]

1. On the bottom of p.133, when Pony asks what kind of a world it is, what comment is he making about how society judges people?
Ponys talking about how people judge other people from were they come from, what they look like. For example the Greasers arent the richest, or even rich people and they are seen as poor always fighting, a greaser, and a hood.
2. Why do the boys fight? Why is Pony different?
The boys fight to show off or for the thrill and the contest see whos better.
Pony is different because he doenst like to fight, he does express himself but not in that kind of way.
3. What is the difference between Tim Sheppard's gang and Ponyboy's? Explain how Pony feels this difference might give his group the upper hand?
Tims group had a leader, tim who they listened to and did what he said while Ponys group didnt really have one. Ponys group wasnt going to stay a hood, greaser all there lives, they were going to grow up and do something with it. WHile Shepards group was going to stay a good all their lives.
4. What do you think Johnny's last words to Pony mean?
I think stay gold, meant stay young. Dont grow up to fast because your only a kid for so long.
